Is Sprague’s Kik’n Grass properly licensed and insured?

Yes. You can view our business license on the state of Oklahoma’s official online business directory. Our insurance documentation can be sent quickly upon request.

How do you pronounce Sprague?

Funny you ask!  Chris gets asked this all of the time.  The best way to describe it is by saying it sounds like the word ‘spray’ with a ‘g’ sound at the end.  The dictionary would show the pronunciation like this: [spreyg]

What happens if it rains on the day of or day before my scheduled service?

On rainy days or days that it is simply too wet to mow your lawn, we move your service to the next day. If it will not be mow-able within 3 days, we will skip it until the following week and get it back on track then.

How much is lawn care?

Pricing will vary based on the unique characteristics of your lawn.  Request a free estimate, and we will let you know ASAP.

How much is a landscaping service?

With the wide scope of possible services landscaping encompasses, there is no way to know.  Most landscaping quotes require us to visit your property to provide an accurate quote.

How and when do I pay for my service?

Payment is due the day of service either by cash, check, or credit card. We have a secure online payment portal through Yardbook. You can have this payment link sent to you via text or email and it is also in the menu of our website for easy access.

We can also put your card on file for easy, automatic payments so it doesn’t take up any of your time and you don’t have to worry about forgetting!

*Mowing maintenance services and pet waste removal services will be paid by card on file All other services we accept cash check or card.*

Pre-payments are also gladly accepted.  Most clients choose to prepay for a month of service at a time.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we do.  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We are an owner-operated business.  That means the owner, Chris Sprague, is on your property for each service. If you are not happy, bring it to Chris’s attention.  If you two cannot work it out, you will not be charged.

Where do you offer your lawn and landscape services?

We service primarily Tulsa County, but also service some areas in Rogers and Osage County. The most common cities we currently work in include:

Do I need to be home for you to perform my service?

No, you do not. We only work outdoors.  Of course, if you are home, that is not a problem.

Do I need to be home to receive a quote?

It depends on the service you are requesting.  We like to provide our mowing quotes very quickly, even over the phone during your initial call to us!

But, for many landscape projects it does make sense for us to meet and discuss the details of your service.  We can accommodate evening and weekend hours for these consultations.
